Ideas for house

Roughly the earth's surface is covered with 30% land and 70% water. The idea of building under water and on top of water is something I'm quite interested in. Given the ratio of land to water, it seems wise to look at the ideas of beginning to explore if building on top of water or underwater is ideal for future generations.

The sliding house is a perfect example of how a house can be so diverse through its transformation. I want this model to take this idea and bring it to the next level.

This model will be built on top of water. The model is going to look at how it can be developed not only for its present sense but for future use. With water levels rising it is ideal to place correct mechanisms to allow for change.

This house will have mechanisms in place to allow for flexibility to enable transformation for which spaces can become two rather than just one space alone. The gears will help make the model multi-functional.
